Some couples just know. They know they want to get married, they know they don’t want the stress of a big wedding, and they definitely know they’d rather put their money toward an epic honeymoon instead. That was Kerina & Kyle.
When they reached out, they told me they wanted their elopement photos to be intentional—something simple but meaningful. And Pasadena City Hall? The perfect spot.
From the moment we stepped onto the grand steps of Pasadena City Hall, the sky felt heavy. Dark clouds rolling in, a storm threatening to break at any second. It was like the universe decided to set the mood, adding just the right amount of cinematic drama.
And honestly? It was perfect.
The rain came in and out, just enough to leave the air thick with that post-rain glow. Every drop felt like a reminder of what marriage really is—exceptionally so beautiful.
The best part? It felt like we had all of Pasadena City Hall to ourselves. Every quiet hallway, every grand archway, every hidden little corner—it was ours to explore.
And that’s the magic of elopements. No distractions. No timeline stress. Just two people, wildly in love, soaking it all in.
When I photograph an elopement, I’m not just there to make things look pretty. I want you to feel the moment. The way he tucks that loose strand of hair behind your ear. The way her eyes sparkle when she looks at you. The quiet, in-between seconds that end up meaning the most.
Kerina & Kyle’s elopement was all of that. And more.
If you’re dreaming of something intimate, something that feels true to you—whether it’s a luxury elopement, a destination wedding, or something completely unexpected—I’m here to document it all, exactly as it unfolds.
