There are some weddings that just hit a little closer to home—literally. When Kylie and Anthony told me they were tying the knot at The Barns at Cooper Molera in Monterey, my heart skipped a beat. This isn’t just a stunning historic venue; it’s the exact same place where I said “I do” to my husband, Andy.

Walking onto these grounds always feels like coming home. The rustic textures of the historic barns, the hidden garden courtyards, and that perfect coastal light make it one of the most soulful places on the Central Coast. Getting to document a couple’s legacy in the same place I started my own forever is a gift I don’t take for granted.

The “Forever” Kind of Love

Kylie and Anthony are the definition of “forever, forever.” They have been together through so many life stages, growing up and growing together side-by-side. You can feel that history in the way they look at each other—there is a comfort and a deep-rooted understanding that only comes from years of shared memories.

And yet, despite all that history, their wedding day felt like a brand-new beginning. It was a beautiful reminder that no matter how long you’ve been together, choosing each other in front of your favorite people is a powerful new chapter.

Historic Charm Meets Modern Celebration

The Barns at Cooper Molera is the perfect backdrop for a couple like Kylie and Anthony. It’s a space that honors the past while being perfectly suited for a vibrant, modern celebration.

  • The Ceremony: Tucked away in the courtyard, surrounded by stone walls and lush greenery.
  • The Party: The high ceilings and warm wood of the barns created an atmosphere that was both grand and incredibly intimate.
  • The Vibe: Authentic, timeless, and full of the kind of joy that only “forever” couples can radiate.

Document Your Legacy

Whether you’re getting married at a venue that holds personal history or you’re starting a brand new tradition in the redwoods of California or the deserts of Arizona, your story deserves to be told with intention.

Whitney

My heart and passion for this work is summed up by the act of service. From the first wedding I ever photographed to ones years later—I’ve yet to come down from the high of being part of a couple’s best day and putting it in digital form to look back on for a lifetime. I take my craft seriously, and that means serving you in all aspects on your wedding day, and the days leading up to it.

Engagements

There’s nothing quite like springtime in San Jose. For a few magical months, the rolling hills of Silicon Valley transform into a vibrant, almost surreal shade of green—lush, alive, and full of promise. It’s hands-down my favorite time of year to shoot, and if you’ve ever driven through the foothills in March or April, you […]
