Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book you as our wedding content creator?
We recommend booking as soon as you’ve finalized your wedding date, especially if you're looking for peak season availability. Our schedule fills up quickly, and booking early ensures we can reserve your date and give you the best possible experience. Ideally, 6-12 months in advance is perfect, but don’t hesitate to reach out even if your wedding is sooner—we may still have availability!
Do we still need a professional photographer & videographer?
Wedding content creators work great in collaboration WITH not in replace of your traditional wedding photography and videography vendors.
What equipment do you use?
We use the latest iPhone model to capture all behind-the-scenes content from your wedding day, ensuring high-quality, true-to-life footage that feels both polished and authentic. To enhance the final result, we also have supportive tools like stabilizers for smooth motion, ring lights for optimal lighting in low-light settings, and hard drive backups to keep your memories safe. Whether we’re capturing candid, in-the-moment clips or helping create specific Reels or TikToks, we have everything needed to deliver stunning BTS content.

Bespoke BTS pairs well with our photography services offered through Wild Love & Wanderlust.
What is your approach to capturing behind the scenes footage?
At Bespoke BTS, we take a true behind-the-scenes approach—meaning we’re hands-off, capturing the magic as it naturally unfolds. From those intimate getting-ready moments to the wild energy on the dance floor, we’re there documenting it all on iPhone, keeping it raw, real, and authentic.
That said, if you have specific Reels or TikToks in mind, we’re happy to step in, guide, and provide support to ensure your vision comes to life seamlessly. We work effortlessly alongside your hired photographers and videographers, never disrupting their workflow but rather complementing it. With a minimum of five years in the wedding industry, we have the experience and expertise to navigate any and every scenario, ensuring your behind-the-scenes content is as stunning as the day itself.
How long does it take for you to deliver our footage?
Uncut photos and videos can be directly airdropped to you at the end of the night if you aren't too busy breaking it down on the dance floor otherwise all photos and videos be uploaded into Dropbox within 24 hours. Edited footage will be uploaded into Dropbox within 72 hours.
Is travel/accommodation included in your pricing?
No, travel fees are not included. Mileage fees required for events 30+ miles from content creator’s base location. Mileage or flights + 2 night accommodations required for weddings 100~ miles from content creator’s base location.
